Mahfouz, at the end of his communication No. 1179 for the year 2019, asked the Attorney General to conduct a thorough investigation into the violation of the musicians' association by authorizing Ramadan to sing festivals, while by preventing other people from singing the same songs, and investigating nudity, harassment and assault abuses.
