Belgian star Eden Hazard, Chelsea's point guard, paid tribute to Liverpool's professional Mohamed Salah of Egypt.
"Salah is one of my close friends in the English Premier League and in the last two years he has done incredible things without ever believing in it," said Hazard, quoted by The Anfield Wrap.
"I'm watching this player and trying to reach his level," he said.
Hazard is considered one of the best midfielders in the world and played alongside Salah on a team when he briefly joined Chelsea.
The 28-year-old, who is heading to Real Madrid next summer, has scored 13 goals in 29 Premier League matches this season. Salah, who won the league title in the first division, is now second in the English Premier League, a goal behind Argentine striker Sergio Aguirre.
