"Okaz" sources have revealed that the Ministry of Health has started to apply paid treatment in primary health care centers and that coordination efforts are under way to determine which health facilities would provide services to patients benefiting from of health insurance policies and determine the appropriate cost of the health services provided.
In response to the "Okaz" claim, the Ministry of Health said the treatment had been paid in a number of health centers and coordinated with the Health Insurance Board to determine which health facilities that provide services to patients benefiting from health insurance policies and the cost of the services that will be provided to them. It should be noted that for years health has been applying salary processing in public hospitals and providing a pay service to non-Saudis. Part of the revenue is used to improve health facilities that provide paid treatment.
