The Ministry of Health and Population provided 6 daily tips to promote mental health, in one of the awareness publications that fall under the slogan of the Presidential Initiative “100 Million Health”, where the tips included following:
Make it a habit to wake up and sleep at the same time every day
Take the time to do the things you love
Maintain personal hygiene
Regular exercise
Take the time to work and rest
Eat healthy meals at regular times every day
