Al-Saha, represented by Al-Noor Special Hospital in Mecca, rescued an Indian pilgrim who had penetrated part of his intestines into his chest cavity and caused intestinal obstruction and shortness of breath.

Al-Haj had consulted the emergency department of Al-Noor Special Hospital in Mecca.

The "health" made the necessary revelations and the radiology and diagnosis of the patient suffered from a hiatal hernia of the left diaphragm and a large part of the intestine penetrated into the thoracic cavity, causing a intestinal obstruction and shortness of breath of the left lung.

In order to avoid gangrene from the intestines, a medical team from Al Noor Hospital performed urgent surgery and repaired the hernias with the help of a laparoscope (small holes) in the abdominal cavity.

The basking shark was then transferred to intensive care by artificial respiration. The next day, the ventilator was removed and the patient resumed breathing. The left respiratory condition improved and the patient switched from intensive care to hypnosis.
