Al-Marsad Journal: The National Guidance Center for Cybersecurity today revealed a high-risk security warning stating that there are serious vulnerabilities in the “Google Chrome” browser.
Google has released an update to fix a number of vulnerabilities in the Chrome browser for Windows, Mac, and Linux systems. An attacker could exploit the vulnerability and perform the following operations: Buffer overflow, not validating user input.
The center recommended updating the browser to version 90.0.4430.93, because Google released an explanation of necessary updates and how to update: Open Chrome, and at the top left of the screen, click on “More” Help “About Google Chrome.
After that, choose the current version number, which is the set of numbers under the word “Google Chrome” while Chrome will check for updates and update automatically, then click restart.
