NASA took the picture of the nearest sun to try to understand the operation of the star.
This image was taken by Parker Solar Probe, about 27.1 million kilometers from the sun's surface and, at this distance from the sun, the probe was closer to the surface of the sun than the Earth.
Astronomers hope that Parker's mission will be able to provide valuable data to help understand the mysterious processes of the sun, according to the British Daily Mail.

The probe has the names of more than 1.1 million people who have registered to send their name to the sun.
