The Saudi National Oil Company (NOC) began supplying crude oil to Egyptian refineries on an experimental basis in November and December 2017 and began supplying it on a regular basis in 2018.

"The company will supply more than 500,000 barrels of crude oil a month from January to June," Mollah told Reuters on Tuesday.

In April 2016, Saudi Arabia agreed to supply Egypt with 700,000 tonnes of refined petroleum products per month for five years.
