Khaled Hamoud, Al Ahli's doctor, revealed that midfielder Hossam Ashour would not join the match scheduled for Monday night in the twelfth round of the general league.
Dr. Ahli said that Ashour had a sprained ankle and could not make up the match.
Ashour left the Jemaa match on Friday after suffering a foot injury. The player was subjected to treatment and re-education sessions to prepare for the next stage.
Al-Ahli will finish his preparations Sunday night to meet the stars scheduled Monday in the league competition.
