The Ministry of Housing has yielded 63 land in the region of Al-Baha, 54 in East Province, 180 in Tabuk and 284 in Madinah, 22 in Jouf, 23 in Jazan and 15 in Hail.
This step is part of the continuity of the delivery operations that the Ministry conducts on free land and ready-to-use housing in different governorates, ranging in size from 450 to 527 square meters. per parcel. The total land allocated to citizens since the beginning of the program, 207,300 free land, covering all areas and benefiting from different groups, according to the wishes of beneficiaries registered on the housing assistance portal.
The third phase of the "Residential 2019" program includes the allocation of 200,000 residential and financing options, including 50,000 housing units in partnership with the private sector and 50,000 free residential land, as well as 100,000 loans supported by a partnership. between the Development Fund, banks and financial institutions.
