The number of Twitter users in the world is 317 million, of which 13 million in the Arab world, 19% are users of Arabic Twitter in Saudi Arabia, 18% in Egypt, 9% in Algeria, 5% in Kuwait and 4% in Iraq. The first axis is to go through the media, especially satellite channels, on the basis of a new vision that does not depend on a simple reaction when events occur, but a dialogue continuous and comprehensive involving experts and specialists in the use of some Jihad figures who have withdrawn from their ideas such as the success of Nabil Naim and Ibrahim in Egypt.
