HP’s new computer (Elite Folio) comes with vegan leather, and the company has taken advantage of additional screen height to include the stylus above the keyboard.
The convertible computer offers immense power and video viewing power, as the device as a convertible computer adapts to the way people commute between work and life using computing platforms Qualcomm’s Snapdragon to provide optional 5G connectivity and up to 24.5 hours of video playback.
The 13.5-inch display includes the optional HP Sure View Reflective privacy panel, along with a high-resolution webcam that comes with a built-in privacy shutter for enhanced security.
The device comes with a webcam with a 76-degree field of view, a dual microphone and high-fidelity speakers with sound from Bang & Olufsen.
The computer adapts to any working environment with its fanless design and quiet keyboard. The device also includes an HP Elite Slim Active Pen with a built-in charging and storage base for quick access.
The device includes a 13.5-inch display, with a resolution of 1920 x 1280 pixels, with an aspect ratio of 3: 2, which is an upgrade from the Specter Folio display, which has an aspect ratio of 16: 9.
The computer runs on Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8cx Gen 2 processor, and there is also LTE and 5G connectivity through the Snapdragon X20 and Snapdragon X55 modem.
The Elite Folio can be configured with up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage space.
There are two USB-C 3.2 ports and a headphone port. HP says battery life is 24.5 hours when watching locally stored videos, and the HP Elite Folio will be available in February.
