The Daily Mail reported that previous studies had mentioned the importance of breakfast and that not paying attention would make you hungry all day long and so take what you think, which will lead to weight gain as well as the possibility of other diseases.
A study by researchers at the German Diabetes Center in Düsseldorf found that the old studies were "relatively true".
Those who missed breakfast were 33% more likely to develop diabetes, associated with high weight.
