Today, Saturday, the Saudi Ministry of Health warned of the emergence of long-term symptoms for those who have received the coronavirus vaccine.

She pointed out that “the common side effects appear after receiving the coronavirus vaccination, in general. These are fatigue and headaches, pain at the injection site, muscle pain and feeling unwell, high temperature and body tremors.

She explained that “cold compresses can be placed at the injection site to reduce pain and swelling, if necessary.” And take a pain reliever such as paracetamol if needed, at the dose appropriate for the condition.

The Department of Health revealed that “most side effects after vaccination are mild to moderate, especially after the second dose. And it occurs during the first three days of vaccination and goes away within a day or two after it appears.

And she said, according to the “Sada Al-Balad” website, “If the symptoms persist for more than 5-7 days, it is best to see a doctor for a clinical examination.”

Health advises everyone who has received the vaccine: “Watch for side effects and record them as soon as they appear. Monitor the patient himself for another health problem for 3 weeks. Adopt a healthy lifestyle, avoid stress, strengthen immunity and continue to apply general precautions.
