The Crown warned against disregarding the duties of work by hope, recommendation or mediation, pointing out that those who did so threatened the integrity of the work and violated the presumed principle of justice and equality .

The prosecutor asserted that such acts were considered shameful, punishable and held accountable by the employee who committed the crime on his behalf and who participated by agreement, assistance or incitement.

Penalties include: imprisonment up to 3 years and a fine of up to one hundred thousand riyals or one of these penalties.
