Egyptian artist Nelly Karim appeared with her husband, former squash player, Hisham Ashour, for the first time in a TV interview that brought them together, after celebrating their wedding last month.

Hisham Ashour revealed during his reception on the Egyptian channel “CBC” last night the scenes of his wedding ceremony with the Egyptian star, and he clarified that when the authorized person arrived to complete his marriage contract on the north coast, it was still at sea, for the authorized arrival with twenty minutes in advance.

He also said his brother, the singer, Ramy Ashour, was the one who organized the wedding, alongside Engy El-Murr, Nelly’s friend and business owner.

This episode saw a surprise from Nelly to her husband, as he was unaware of her presence in the episode. He said she got to know Ashour through his friendship with her brother.

And she added a sign that she first met him at an art festival in New York City, and then they met 3 years later in El Gouna.

Hisham confirmed that what attracted him to Karim was his kindness and humility, stressing that he viewed his marriage to Nelly as “a miracle as he didn’t think their relationship would happen so soon, especially since he was enjoying his celibate life.

It should be noted that Karim and Ashour celebrated their wedding last August in a seaside resort on the northern Egyptian coast, in the presence of a large number of artists, including Amr Diab, Amir Karara, Hala Sedky and Ilham Shaheen.

The news of the famous artist’s marriage has sparked controversy among some, due to the age difference between her and her husband, Hisham Ashour, since he is 8 years younger than her.

The “groom” was ranked world number 13, in the game of squash, before retiring from the game and turning to the theater, where he participated in last Ramadan with a scene only in the “Civil War” series with artist Yousra.

While her marriage to the Egyptian star is her first marriage, the latter married twice, the first at the age of 16 and gave birth to her two sons, Karim and Youssef, then married nutritionist Hani. Abu Al-Naga, who separated from him. in 2015, and she has Celia and Kinda.

It should be noted that Nelly announced last March the cancellation of her engagement with businessman Omar Islam, without giving the reasons.
