Al-Marsad Journal – Agencies: Pfizer CEO Albert Burla revealed he has yet to receive the Corona vaccine, at a time when some countries like Britain and the United States have launched a campaign vaccination with the vaccine produced by his company.
Responding to a question in an interview with CNN as to whether he actually took the vaccine, Burla said, “We have a controversial committee that determines who gets the vaccine.”
He added, “Due to the presence of strict laws from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, we are careful not to block the road, and some people get vaccinated before their appointment.”
But Burla predicts the ethics committee will say he got the vaccine, “because polls have shown people will trust the vaccine if the CEO gets it, so I’m likely to get it.”
Burla confirmed that there is a great speed in the production of the vaccine, “in fact, we will get around 50 million doses,” noting that most of them were actually made.
“The doses are available and next year we will produce 1.3 billion doses.”
