The director of Jizan's Ifta center, Sheikh Mohammed Sheiba, let the married woman in the marriage in Misyar violate some of the conditions agreed upon prior to the wedding.
Shiba explained that among the conditions that may be violated, the condition of non-reproduction, noting that the violation of certain conditions is good even without the knowledge of the husband.
He stressed that it was not permissible to demand non-reproduction because it was a condition contrary to the objectives of Islamic law.
