The GSM Arena site has published a report on the latest rumors and news related to the iPhone 14 series, although we are still almost a year away from the date of its announcement.
According to some news, the report says that Apple will double the internal storage capacity of its next phone to become 2TB, noting that the two iPhone 13 Pro phones are the first iPhone phones with a capacity of 1TB, after the most large the size of iPhone 12 Pro was 512gb.
The source didn’t explicitly mention which of the models in the series will have a 2TB capacity, but it will most likely be in my Pro phone if the news is true.
It’s hard to guess why Apple is pushing to double the storage capacity of the iPhone 14, at least for now, but it’s likely due to the new camera features of the phone.
User needs at least 256GB storage capacity in Pro and Pro Max phones to record 4K videos at 30 frames per second as 128GB iPhone is limited to shooting 1080p videos at 30 frames per second.
