• If the comment is incompatible with the content of the publication.
• If the commentary incites hatred and racial, ethnic, sexual, religious or social discrimination, or violates the rights of minorities.
• If the comment violates the rights of minorities and causes them harm in any form, including moral violence.
• If the comment contains ideas of extreme nature or calls for other illegal activities.
• If the comment contains insults or threats directed against other users or organizations in a manner that compromises the reputation of the company or employees and undermines their dignity.
• If the comment contains insults or disrespectful messages from the site "Sputnik".
• If the content of the comment violates privacy, it publishes personal data to third parties without the consent of those parties or violates the privacy of the communication.
• If the comment contains scenes of violence or abuse and cruelty to animals.
• If the comment contains information about how to commit suicide and incite behavior.
• If the comment is for commercial advertising, the promotion of an inappropriate or illegal political statement or any other online resource whose content is mentioned above.
• If the content of the commentary promotes the products or services of others without the knowledge of these third parties.
• If the comment contains hard language or profane words or allusions to derivatives of these words.
• If the comment contains spam, mass mailing services encourage fast-paced systems.
• If the comment promotes the use of narcotics and other drugs, it contains information about their products and how to use them.
• If the comment contains links to viruses or malicious and harmful software.
• If the comment is part of a structured work involving large amounts of comments with only one content.
• If the comment contains incomprehensible and irrelevant messages.
• If the comment violates the literature and the principles of the transaction, manifest any form of aggressive or degrading behavior.
• If the comment does not respect the basic rules of the English language, for example: write in capital letters or do not divide the writing into sentences.

The site management has the right to forbid the user to access the site page or delete his account without notice if the user violates or disrespects the conduct of violation of the above rules.
