Citizens and residents are eagerly awaiting what Aramco will announce regarding new gasoline prices next Tuesday evening, which will be implemented from Wednesday morning November 11.

Gasoline prices have taken center stage in concerns for many on social media platforms, ahead of the Saudi oil giant, Aramco, announcing the new prices.

Usually, Aramco reviews the prices of fuel and its derivatives in the Kingdom on a monthly basis, in order to reduce the consumer’s vulnerability to fluctuations in export prices.

On October 10, Aramco announced the reduction of 91 gasoline prices; It reached 1.44 riyals and 95 riyals petrol 1.59, against 1.47 and 1.63 riyals respectively.

The prices of energy products are adjusted in accordance with Hawkamah procedures for modifying energy and water prices, noting that the prices of domestic energy products are subject to change, up or down, depending on the evolution of export prices from the Kingdom to world markets.

And Aramco announced last February the change in the period of periodic price reviews from quarter to monthly. As the modification takes place on the tenth day of each calendar month, and the request takes place on the morning of the eleventh, according to the procedures of “Hawkamah” to modify the prices of energy products and water.

Saudi Aramco supplies all types of fuels to meet the daily renewable needs of engines. Gasoline is available in both types 91 and 95; To meet the needs of gasoline-powered cars, diesel fuel is also available for trucks and other vehicles.
