Jaguar Land Rover wins legal battle against Chinese tradition

The British group Jaguar Land Rover won the Chinese Landwind in a recent case manufacturing a false version of the Evoc named 77 after years of legal battles.

The Chinese judiciary decided to immediately stop the manufacture and sale of counterfeit, as well as the payment of compensation costs of the British company, and brought justice the first Ivok, consisting of 5 elements copied by the Chinese company that made 77.

Landwind launched its 77 at the auto show in 2015, before its launch in the Chinese market at one-third of the original price.
