DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Japanese players cleaned their locker room at Zayed Sports City Stadium after losing to Qatar in the 2019 Asian Cup final.
The Asian Cup official page on Twitter posted a photo of the Japanese locker room and said the team cleaned up everything.
Not only did the Japanese clean the room, but they left a message in three languages, Arabic, Japanese and English, with the words "Thank you very much".
Japan suffered a sad night Saturday after losing 3-1 to Qatar in the AFC Asian Cup final.
