Zamalek club officials had a meeting with Mahmoud Abdel-Rahim “Jensh”, the team’s goalkeeper, due to the bidder of his contract, which was to be officially paid yesterday, Sunday, according to the terms of the contract.
Jensh has renewed his contract with the Zamalek Club for a period of 3 years to continue within the walls of the Citadel of Mitt Uqba until 2024, as part of the White Castle management policy to preserve the current strength of the team..
Zamalek club officials have asked Jensh for patience, as the contract supplier, along with the rest of the players, will be disbursed during the period February 5-7, despite the official trade date for the supplier.
Jensh immediately accepted the request from Zamalek officials, stressing that he would wait until the contractor is paid after the amount is available without causing a crisis with the club.
Jensh has become an important and influential part of Zamalek’s squad strength, since joining Chateau Blanc in 2011 from Olympic Club Alexandria, and has won numerous titles including the African Confederation, African Super League, Premier League, Arabian Super Cup of Egypt, Egyptian Super Cup twice and Egypt Cup 6 times.
