In a qualitative leap in the process of reconciliation and mediation in the Kingdom, the Ministry of Justice reaffirmed the adoption of "rules of reconciliation" by His Excellency the Minister of Justice and President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Sheikh Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, at the end of the month.
The new rules will allow qualified individuals (men and women) to register for the reconciliation and mediation process after the clearing center has adopted reconciliation records, which are considered executive links under Article IX of the implementing regulation.
The seven conditions of registration, in accordance with the new reconciliation rules, state that the registered reformer must be fully qualified and have good behavior. It is stipulated that the registered reformer must hold a university degree or higher, in addition to taking the training courses determined by the Center for Conciliation and pass the test and the personal interview, and has concluded the conditions of the regulation. . Registration for candidates to successfully complete the practical training.
This step aims to allow for the amicable settlement of disputes so as to ensure the justice of the parties far from the walls of the courts with executive results guaranteeing the rights of the reformers, who will play an important role in the preservation of economic relations and social bonds in all conflicts that can be resolved in peace.
