The director and Egyptian MP Khaled Youssef said that there were clear indications of the end of the Sisi regime.
In a television interview with the BBC's "No Restrictions" program, Yusuf said the constitutional amendment would end the plans.
He said the regimes are exhausted when they mess with constitutions and establish forms that have not been agreed with the Egyptian people.
Answering a question as to whether this is the end of the current regime, he replied: "Certainly, even if it lasts a little, altering the constitutions will be the end of the regimes, whatever the end, the peaceful circulation or the revolution.
