King Salman ordered Fahd Al-Essa to lead the Royal Court

Depositary of the two holy mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud ordered Fahd bin Mohammed Bin Saleh al-Essa to preside over the Royal Court and Bandar bin Mohammed Bin Abdullah al-Aiban, Royal Court Counselor, to the rank of Minister .

The text of the Royal Order reads as follows:

Date: 29/12/1440 AH
With the help of Allah Almighty
We are Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud
King of Saudi Arabia
After reviewing the basic law of the Government, published by the Royal Decree No. (A / 90) of 27/8/1412 AH.
After examining the system of ministers, deputy ministers and employees of excellent rank, published by Royal Decree No. (M / 10) of 18/3/1391 AH.
Having examined the Royal Decree No. (A / 14) of 03/03/1414 AH.
After taking note of Royal Decree No. A / 342 of 23/9/1440 AH.
He ordered us to come:
First, His Excellency Mr. Fahd bin Mohammed Bin Saleh Al-Essa will be appointed Chief of the Royal Court as Minister.
Secondly: this order must be communicated to the competent authorities for approval and execution.

Secondly: this order must be communicated to the competent authorities for approval and execution.
