Kuwait: Jailed Palestinian doctor has caused the death of Abdul Aziz Al – Rashidi

The Kuwaiti investigating authorities have ordered the imprisonment of the Palestinian doctor accused of causing the death of the child Abdul Aziz Nawaf Al-Rashidi, after investigating the death penalty. incident of the death of this child at the Fahaheel Specialist Clinic after he received anesthetic injection from the doctor who had resulted in his death and spasm.

The doctor was sentenced to 10 days in prison for "manslaughter" and deported to prison after being suspended and prevented from going to an interrogation and being assured of the extent of the responsibility for the death of the child, according to the newspaper "Al-Rai" Kuwait.

The 7-year-old died after entering a specialized clinic in Fahaheel with his mother to heal his teeth. After receiving an anesthetic injection from a 32-year-old Palestinian doctor, the doctor told AFP. The child had a spasm and died moments later, activists said.

The Minister of Health, Dr. Bassel Al-Sabah, has ordered the establishment of a committee to investigate the incident of the death of the child to determine the causes of death and the responsibility of the Palestinian doctor who administered the injection of anesthesia.

The death caused widespread dissatisfaction with parliament and the public with the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health, as a result of repeated medical errors in recent years during which investigative commissions were formed.
