The Superior Council of Magistracy has identified these departments according to statistics obtained from the conflicts of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of Labor that have been observed in recent years.
Judges assigned to the Labor Court were selected on the basis of rigorous criteria based on the necessary judicial and scientific competence, attracting those with advanced academic qualifications to the systems or have already prepared scientific or academic research papers. In addition to those who have been included in specialized training programs before the labor courts, judicial experience and seniority have also been taken into account, taking into account the stability and regularity of the functioning of the courts.
With the launching of labor courts, the specialized judicial system set up by the judicial system resulting from Royal Decree No. M / 78 of 19 Ramadan 1428 AH is supplemented by the formation of the Kingdom Courts and the creation of courts specialized.
In accordance with Article 34 of the Code of Procedure, the labor courts have jurisdiction to hear labor disputes, such as labor disputes, wages, rights and industrial accidents. Scheduled in the labor law, as well as disputes arising from the application of the Labor Code and the social insurance system.
The Superior Council of Magistracy also decided to institute a specialized training program in the labor judiciary and to add to the labor magistrate all ad litem judges, as well as to strengthen training and the training of labor magistrates. Improve the practical aspect.
