Khaled Al-Ahli's doctor, Khaled Mahmoud, confirmed Hossam Ashour's absence for two weeks.
"Ashour had an ankle sprained the same foot he had already been injured, and he was absent from the team for two weeks," Al Ahly told Yalla Koura.
"Bassem Ali is suffering from stress in the posterior muscle," he said.
"Mohamed Sharif suffered an ankle injury and the swelling will be evaluated in his foot so that his participation in the Pyramids match is determined or not."
Al Ahli is preparing to meet the Pyramids on Friday during a postponed match of the eighth round of the tournament, on the air defense field, without the presence of the masses in accordance with the decision of the Competition Committee.
