The Journal of Linguistic Studies, published by the King Faisal Center for Islamic Studies and Research, ranks first in the field of literature in the Arab world for 2018, becoming the first Saudi scientific journal in to receive this distinction at the international level.

The Journal of Linguistic Studies won first place, surpassing more than 4000 specialized Arab scientific journals, according to the classification of the coefficient of Arab influence and the rating coefficient "Arsif", which is the first such measure for the Arab academic product according to international standards, surpassing the magazines of all language assemblies And universities in all Arab countries.

Dr. Turki Bin Suho Al Otaibi, editor of the magazine, expressed his pride and pride for this achievement, stressing the desire to apply the highest standards of publication and scientific arbitration had had a significant and considerable impact in obtaining this status.

Al-Otaibi appreciated the support and encouragement found by the magazine since its first publication by Prince Khalid Al Faisal, Chairman of the King Faisal Foundation, Prince Turki Al Faisal, President of the Center for Research and Islamic Studies King Faisal and Dr. Saud Al-Sarhan. The Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Linguistic Studies has pledged this achievement as part of the Kingdom's achievements in many areas and fit within the framework of the Kingdom's vision of 2030, which aimed to be the Kingdom in the ranks developed countries.

The Journal of Linguistic Studies is a scientific journal that publishes research on the study of grammar, linguistics and lectures every three months, in which the specialists of linguistic studies and its arts are written by all countries Arab and non-Arab. Volume I, about 400 pages, including a collection of scientific research in the magazine and specialized (grammar, morphology, presentations and linguistics).
