Leak of some Nokia X71 phone technical specifications before the official announcement

On Tuesday, HMD Global Oy will hold a press conference in Taiwan to unveil a new phone and launch the Nokia 9 PureView phone in the country. Indeed, the Finnish company will unveil the Nokia X71, which should reach the global market under the name Nokia 8.1 Plus. Until then, the Nokia X71 itself was monitored on Geekbench's performance testing platform, which allowed us to see some of its features.

The information in the Geekbench database revealed that the Nokia X71 would feature the Snapdragon 660 processor, 6GB of RAM, and would run on the same Android 9 Pie as many existing Nokia phones. Reports suggest that the Nokia X71's 6GB version of random memory might not be sold outside of Asian markets.

We have found leaks for the Nokia 8.1 Plus, but the Nokia X71 should have three cameras on the back, while the Nokia 8.1 Plus will only have two. It also seems that the Nokia 8.1 Plus has the front camera in the hole of the screen, so it is possible to see the same functionality on the Nokia X71 phone.

It is strange to see the Nokia X71 with the Snapdragon 660. Perhaps the world version that will be called Nokia 8.1 Plus will include the Snapdragon 710 processor, while the Nokia X71 phone for the Taiwanese Snapdragon 660 processor. Together we will make sure everything is finished tomorrow.
