Samsung appears to be working on a smaller, cheaper version of the Galaxy Tab A7 because Evan Blass was able to get photos and specs of the budget tablet.
And unlike the current Tab A7, the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite won’t ship with a Qualcomm processor, as it was thought, and instead, the Korean company will choose the Helio P22T processor for its device.
According to PhoneArena, the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite comes with an 8.4-inch LCD display, MediaTek Helio P22T processor, 3GB of RAM, 5,100mAh battery, and a rear camera with no flash or secondary sensors.
The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite was also certified by the FCC and the “Bluetooth SIG” standard earlier this month.
According to previous leaks, the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite will be launched in June, with the “Lite” version of the more expensive Galaxy Tab S7, while its cost is not yet clear, but we can expect a price of 200 euros or less for that.
It is worth noting that the tablet market has seen a major shift due to the Corona outbreak, as employees stranded at work from home use them to communicate with their work, and most students need them in order to be able to attend. to their virtual courses, in addition to the entertainment aspect of tablets.
