According to the health plan, therapeutic programs also include programs for the care of persons with disabilities, addictions, drug rehabilitation and psychiatric treatment, blood transfusion and radiology, treatment Patients with renal insufficiency and treatment of therapeutic convoys, support hospitals with the know-how of university professors and provide premium care.

These programs aim to improve the following indicators:

1– Reduce the prevalence of drug abuse from 2.5% in 18/19 to 1.8% in 19/20 and to 1.4% in 20/21.

2– Increase in the number of beneficiaries of mental health and addiction treatment services from 500,000 in 18/19 to 609,000 in 19/20 and 700,000 in 20/21.

3– 66% reduction in deaths from noncommunicable diseases among people aged 30 to 70 between 19/20 and 58% in 20/21.

4– Reduce tobacco consumption among people aged 15 and over from 24% in 18/19 to 22% in 19/20 and 20% in 20/21.
