Washington – Harmony:
Mozilla has launched the new version 64 of its famous Firefox browser, giving the user the ability to organize his tabs according to his personal needs.
The user can select any tab of the tab bar by clicking on it while holding down the Shift or Ctrl key. In addition to moving tabs, the new version makes it easier to set bookmarks.
In addition, additional tools can be removed more easily by clicking the right mouse button on the icon of the toolbar in question.
Mozilla has also improved Task Manager: if the user enters the "about: performance" command in the address bar, an overview shows the energy consumed by each open web page, and the tabs can be closed here.
The Mozilla Foundation also announced the launch of CFR (Contextual Feature Recommender), which provides the user with Firefox features and additional tools based on user behavior in normal mode only.
But no recommendation appears when Firefox runs in private mode. The American company has confirmed that no information is sent on the browser's history, and the set of recommendations are formulated locally in the browser.
