The new Instagram app has added voicemail to its direct messages for Android and iOS devices, allowing users to record and send a one-minute voice memo in a private or group chat.
The "Day Seven" website has revealed the steps to follow to use this feature.

1. Prerequisites

– Effective internet connection.

– Version "72.0.0.22" or higher on the platform "Android", or "74.0" or higher on "iOS".

2 – For the "Android"

– Open the Google Play Store – Search for "Entggram" in the search bar – Click on the "Instagram" icon – then press the "Refresh" button to start the update process.

3. For the "iOS" system,

– Open the App Store – Find an Instagram app – Click the update button to start the update

Steps to follow

1. Open the "Instagram" app on your smartphone.

2. Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right corner.

3. Select the contact or group to which you want to send the voice message.

4. Look for the "Mic" icon in the text box.

5. Press and hold to start recording.

6. When done, leave the button to send.

7. Users can also hold down the register lock button.
