The General Directorate of Petroleum of the Lebanese Ministry of Energy and Water has issued a decision setting new prices for liquid fuels.

Resolution No.182 stipulated the following articles:
* Article 1: “The ceiling of the sale price of liquid fuels, delivered to the consumer, is determined in all Lebanese territories as follows:
– 98 octane gasoline can: 209 thousand 300 pounds (about 15 dollars for the equivalent of the Lebanese pound on the black market).
– Gasoline 95 can: 202 thousand and 400 pounds.
Diesel plate: 162 thousand and 700 pounds.
* Article Two: The owners of service stations must advertise the selling price of fuel in a visible manner on their station.
* Article Three: All decisions, notes and texts contradicting the provisions of this resolution or in contradiction with its content will be canceled.
Fourth Article: This decision is communicated in case of need and is immediately executed upon its pronouncement.
Management also issued a decision fixing the selling price of butane gas, as follows:
– Article Two: The ceiling of the sale price of a ton of liquid gas (butane 70% and propane 30% at most) (Dumma) without distribution commission and without value added tax is set at 12,730,000 Lebanese pounds / tonne, in addition to the replacement allowance for 390,000 lbs / tonne mineral gas cylinders.
Article Three: The ceiling of the sale price of a bottle of liquid gas, delivered to the consumer, is determined in all Lebanese territories as follows:
As for the “Lebanese pound for LL / 10 kg”.
– Liquefied gas: sold to the filling center, including the indemnity for replacing metal gas cylinders 131200.
– Distribution commission 8000, and store commission 500. Store sales 139700.
Article four: Any gas seller must publicly announce the selling price of the cylinder.
Fifth article: All decisions, notes and texts contradicting the provisions of this resolution or in contradiction with its content will be annulled.
Article Six: This decision will be communicated if necessary and will be executed as soon as it is pronounced.
