Al-Marsad Journal: The famous social networking site, Ahmed Al-Enezi, published the official mukhala’ah document on his Kuwaiti wife, Sarah Al-Kandari.
The publication of the document came a few weeks after the announcement of their separation, after a marriage of about 12 years, in which they had a daughter.
Al-Enezi shared the official document issued by the Family Court of the Sharia Documentation Department of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice through his account on “Snapchat”.
Mashhour Snape said their separation took place on the basis of their own “refusal” to divorce, in exchange for the woman’s waiver of maintenance, pleasure and frozen marital support.
The document clarified data on the spouses, including the nationality of Ahmed Al-Enezi, who turned out to be “Saudi”.
Al-Enezi released a video clip explaining the reason for the mukhala’ah, noting that lawyers advised him to do so so that they do not demand financial compensation from each other.
