Sports Observatory: Frenchman Pavitembe Gomez, striker for Al Hilal football team, has confirmed that he is not yet fully ready.
He added, during statements to the Al-Riyadiah newspaper, that this is the first time that the season has ended and that a new season begins without being fully prepared, for the first time in 17 years.
Gomez explained his lack of preparation, due to his infection with the emerging corona virus, and the short preparation period, indicating that he was rehabilitated within 3 or 4 weeks, between the two seasons, and that the Corona’s effects prevented its rapid return.
