News published in the English press revealed the weekly salaries of Arsenal players, including the Egyptian Mohamed El Nanni.

Obamyang – 180,000 Australians – 4 million Egyptian pounds

Alexander Lakazit – 140,000 pounds – 3.1 million Egyptian pounds

Henrik Makhtarian – 120,000 Australians – 2.7 million Egyptian pounds

Mohamed Elnny – 55 000 Australians – 1.25 million Egyptian pounds
