Argentina star Lionel Messi has raised controversy after his strange behavior with referee Alejandro Hernandez, who led the Barcelona-Alaves game on Saturday in the eighth round of the Spanish League.
In the 38th minute, cameras spotted the Barcelona captain, deliberately hitting Hernandez with the ball, in protest against his decisions, and the “chip” directed her piercing gazes at the referee.

Referee Hernandez did not hesitate to announce a yellow card against Messi, but the decision sparked controversy on social media sites, considering that this behavior should have been matched by the referee with a red card for the argentinian star.
Barcelona stumbled against Alaves, after settling with a 1-1 draw, to continue bleeding points in the league.
It should be noted that “Barca” have not achieved any wins in their last four “LaLiga” games, as they drew 1-1 with Sevilla, lost to Getafe 0-1, and against their rivals from Real Madrid 1-3, before finally equaling with Alaves.
