Egyptian artist Sama Al-Masri dedicated the new episode of his program "Al-Harim Exclusive with Sama Al-Masri" to a talk on ways to expand the back and the chest.
Sama al-Masri said that there were two ways to expand the butt and chest: an injection of fat or silicone.
However, Sama explained that the fat injection at the back does not last more than a month, according to his experience.
Sama al-Masri also explained how to know if the butt was natural or silicone.
