NEW YORK (Reuters Health) – Lowering cholesterol levels reduces the risk of Alzheimer's disease, according to a new study by researchers from the University of Washington, San Luis, and the US. University of California, San Francisco.
The US study of DNA from 1.5 million people suggests that fat accumulation could be associated with the formation of protein plaques in the brains of patients with the disease. 39; Alzheimer.
