Senegalese defender Sadio Mani has denied reports that he is marrying a Tunisian woman on 5 January.
Manny posted a statement on his official Facebook page, as follows:
"Dear Sirs, I have received with astonishment what had been raised about the organization of a ceremony in Sousse, Tunisia, on the occasion of my wedding"
"I want to deny this information with force, and I have not asked anyone to talk to the media"
"All that has been said about my supposed marriage is false, absolutely groundless"
"Personally, I'm going to focus on my work, all these documents have nothing to do with me."

Tunisian radio "Mosaic" said Thursday that the player's father, Alio Mani, gave a speech in front of the Sousse municipality to organize the ceremony, noting that the girl's mother worked at the Liverpool club.
