The Ministry of Education has enjoined its administrations of the Kingdom's regions to adopt the "lease" electronic contract via the rental network as one of the conditions of admission to schools serving the neighborhoods in these areas.

He stressed that on the basis of the decision of the Council of Ministers to activate the rental of housing through a "rental network" and after agreement in the minutes of the meeting between representatives from the Ministry of Housing and Education,.

According to the circular, when the registration requirements in the admission and registration manual are met, proof of the dwelling in the neighborhood served by the public school is verified by enclosing proof of ownership of the property or by attaching a copy of the electronic contract via a rental network if the property is rented.

Leases that previously functioned as a condition of entry are written manually and through certain offices for a financial amount without verification of the information contained in the contract. The electronic contract is a "rent" intended to eliminate these manipulations and to guarantee the accuracy of the information contained in the contract.
