Mecca police arrested eight people involved in a mass brawl in Al-Salam Mall in Jeddah.
Regional police spokesman Major Mohammed Al-Ghamdi said security patrols in Jeddah province had launched a communication Wednesday night about a video broadcast on social networking sites.
Al-Ghamdi added that the fight had resulted in the injury of one of them. He had been taken to the hospital, given the necessary treatment and left at that time.
He stressed that the arrest of those involved in the quarrel and the number of eight people between the second and third decade, and that all legal proceedings against them should be initiated.
