Medical Exam Determines Saad Samir's Position During League Production Match

Saad Samir, the defender of Al Ahli's first team, is currently undergoing a medical check-up before Thursday's team, to determine his position for the next game of military production in the local league.

Saad Samir was absent from the red team's trip to Tanzania to face Simba in the Champions League. He complained of pain in the musculoskeletal muscle.

Sayed Abdel Hafiz, the director of football, Ahli, had confirmed earlier that Saad's injury was not a problem, stressing that it was only a simple pain in muscle cramps and that the technical staff had preferred to exclude him from the trip to Tanzania for fear of aggravating his injury.

Saad Samir is scheduled to undergo a medical check-up before Ramadan tomorrow to determine his ability to participate in the exercises in preparation for the production match scheduled for Saturday in the 22nd round of the league.

The Uruguayan coach, Martin Lasarte, has decided to give his players a break in training on Wednesday, and the team will train on Thursday.

Al-Ahly lost his match against Simba with a 1-0 draw in the fourth group stage of the Champions League.
