To celebrate World Mental Health Day, we mapped mental health startups in the MENA region. Wamda also recently released a report on the state of mental health among entrepreneurs in the region, where we found that more than a third of founders rated their mental health as “poor.” Most of those polled, 55%, said the fundraising process caused a lot of tension. The pandemic came second for causes of stress in the corporate world, with 33.7 % of all founders struggling, a similar rate to those struggling to scale their business.
