Finally, after a long wait, Microsoft has revealed that it plans to add the predictive text feature to Microsoft Word, next March.
It looks like this new feature is aimed at making writing on Microsoft Word faster, as it does on phones, where the user can write full sentences and complete them with minimal clicks.
According to the “Reseller” site, the new feature will show suggestions while writing, which the user can choose from, based on their old style of writing and writing.
Microsoft previously announced a trial version of the predictive text feature last year, but it looks like the company is now ready to roll the feature out to all Microsoft Word users on Windows next month.
And when they come up, users will be able to choose the suggestions by clicking on them or reject them by pressing Esc, and users will be able to turn off the feature completely through settings.
It is reported that Microsoft also started rolling out this feature in Outlook on Windows this month, to enable users to create emails at a higher speed, as was previously introduced in Gmail last year, with a feature that allows the user to schedule an appointment to send emails.
