Books – Assem Al-Ansari:
Microsoft has announced the completion of the "Windows 10 Mobile" system for smart devices by December.
According to Sky News, citing the Daily Mail, Microsoft has updated the Windows 10 Mobile support page, which means the company will not support the future struggling operating system.
"Effective December 10, 2019, the company will announce the end of support for this system, previously called Windows Phone."
The suspension of Microsoft system support means that users will not receive technical and security updates or free support.
"As this system stops working, we recommend users to connect to Android and iOS," she said.
"Our mission now is to make our applications capable of supporting both the systems and the convenience of modern devices."
The company had hinted that Windows 10 Mobile would be discontinued in 2017 when it announced that it would no longer develop new features and applications.
Two years ago, Microsoft founder Bill Gates announced that he was using an Android phone, noting that his phone "contains a lot of Microsoft software."
